    Supervisors have a huge impact on the performance of organizations, and their role is becoming more important as business structures become flatter with wider reporting spans, and more team-based. 

    For Supervisors to be effective in what they are doing, it is crucial for them to attain a level of personal mastery by embarking on a journey from inside out, to know who they really are, what motivates them, what is their dream, vision and goals to achieve all these.

    This programme is purposefully designed with the intention to empower supervisors in managing themselves so that they can be able to manage others. It has got the right balance of IQ, EQ and SQ in taking the Supervisors through a personal transformation journey.

    This programme will empower the learner the knowledge and the skills to:

Duration:
  • 5 days programme.

Learning Assessment:

A practical assignment will be given to the learners to complete by applying the knowledge and skills learned at their environments. A due date to submit the assignment via e-mail will be given to the learner before completion of the programme. A follow-up and coaching session will be scheduled between the learner and the coach/facilitator to support and empower the learner to sustain the learning and achieve Return on Investment.
