    The success of organizations today demands exceptional skills in group work and co-operation. When people work together, the effect is extraordinary: Productivity, innovation, quality and personal satisfaction are all elements that develop naturally. 

    A team does not, however, become one just because it has been established. A work group becomes effective when the members have co-created a common vision and develop the necessary capacities of interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence and conscious leadership.

There is a strict pre-requisite for a pre-work to be done by the learners before attending the programme, in order to get the more out of it. Attending the programme without completing the pre-work will disadvantage the learner from getting the best out of it.

Learning Assessment:

At the end of the programme, the participant is given a practical work related assignment to implement the knowledge and the skills learnt during the programme to his/her environment. A submission date for the assignment via e-mail will be given to the learner before completion of the programme. Optional continuous coaching session can be arranged between the participant and coach/facilitator.  The coach helps leaders and teams to transform themselves and the way they think and act, removing subjective barriers, prejudices and beliefs that limit an individual’s effectiveness. The final result is the achievement of extraordinary results and healthy relationships.
